Branch Protection: Enforce Admins

The following rule type is available for enforcing branch protection rules for repository administrators.

stacklok/branch_protection_enforce_admins - Whether the protection rules apply to repository administrators​

Ensure that the "Enforce required status checks for repository administrators" setting is enabled for the branch protection rule.

Rule parameters​

The stacklok/branch_protection_enforce_admins rule supports the following parameters:

  • branch (string) - The name of the branch to check. If left empty, the default branch will be used.
